002 Things Aquired - [text;]
A train robbery, huh?
And here I thought this place was all sunshine and roses.
It seems pretty polite to let someone know you're planning an attack, though.

I've always enjoyed a good show.
[You wouldn't happen to be one of the people doing this sort of thing, would you, Kimblee? Because he'd probably like you even more if that's what you're saying.]

There's an entire organization of troublemakers running around; don't be surprised if there are more attacks following this.

If you're interested, however, I could probably fill you in on a few things.

This is the most interesting thing to happen here since I arrived. Besides meeting you, of course.

There's one who shows up from time to time in some sort of shiny mask that covers his entire face; he's very prone to shrieking and has some sort of speech impediment - you'll know him when you see him. He makes a good amount of speeches over the network about how he's going to rule the region one day, and he has about as many bizarre schemes as he does speeches; he has a few good ideas, however, and I've worked with him from time to time.
The other that tends to be a consistent presence is hiding his identity completely for the time being. He usually communicates via photographs taken at an angle that obscures his face; the most anyone has worked out is that he's of average build and a member of that organization I mentioned, given that he wears their insignia. He never speaks over the network, either; he has white cards that he writes his messages on. He's usually the one declaring war.
The former has attacked several of the smaller towns and attempted to destroy them, released poisonous gas into a school full of children, bombed major several landmarks, poisoned the leader of the local team of heroes, and put out a few hit lists.
The latter sealed off a tower full of people and then set it on fire, fired blasts of electricity into a crowd, held an entire city under siege via bomb threat for the better part of a day, likes to rough up a few of the local celebrities, and has knocked several of the more powerful Gyms out of commission.

That seems almost comical, but then, he's not really going to laugh that off. Kimblee's being generous with this information and honestly all it does is make him want to root for this group even more. Plus, he's done good work, evidently.
Like hell is Greed going to cheer for the police. Two people who are able to cause that much damage are to be commended. Dante had to manipulate an entire country to cause similar despair and yet two people could cause that much insanity apparently by themselves?
He wants in on this so badly.]
I'll be honest, it certainly sounds like I'd enjoy this group much more than serving my former master.
Now that you've made me aware of them, I want to see them in action. I look forward to the chaos, honestly. It's much more interesting than robbing a train.

This organization rather likes its explosives, it seems.

Even after everything that happened I can't blame him for that interest. Makes me a bit jealous, actually. I certainly could never cause that much damage even if I wanted to on my own.
I was pretty good at breaking bones though.
-> private
Although I certainly won't argue with the efficiency and practicality of breaking bones, either; I've found that to be fairly useful as well, if one is good enough at it.

Before I could rearrange the molecules in my body and make myself invulnerable. It was rather ugly but it got the job done. If I wanted it, people had a tendency not to get back up after a fight.
He was never quite able to figure out how I do it and I'm sure that frustrated the hell out of him.
Trying to blow me up did get old after a while, I must admit.
[Which might be revealing more than he intended because it certainly implies he never actually attacked Kimbley.]
