Alphonse Elric has vanished-- gone home, I assume, since I can't get in contact with him; the Gear says his number isn't registered.

If anyone ended up with his Pokemon, can you let me know? I don't want 'em or anything like that, I just want to make sure the guys have all ended up in good hands, you know?

....Just let me know. They're probably upset right about now.

I've always wondered why some people stay for a long time, and others vanish. And why people who have been here for years up and vanish, too.

...people say it's pretty random, right? I dunno...maybe we all got somethin' we gotta do while we're here. Something personal, or something. Maybe after that happens and there's nothing else to do...we go back home?

Maybe I'm just too optimistic, but I always say that hope is the best thing to count on when it's all you've got.

That's what I think, too! Even if you don't think you need it, it really does help to be positive. Or...to try, anyway.
