008 Things Aquired - [text;]
So here's a question for all of you. What's the furthest you've been from home? Before coming here, I mean. This place doesn't count. I want to know how far people have traveled before coming here.
The name of the place you're from, the name of the place you like going. What your favorite city is called. Things like that.
I've always liked traveling. But I used to spend years in one place, even so. Always found myself drawn back to where I was born. It's one of those interesting things about people. I don't exactly miss the place, but I do find myself thinking about it sometimes. What it would be like if we could go back with memories of this place instead of forgetting everything.
So there's a second part of my question, I guess.
Say you go home, but you remember everything from here. What would you do with that information?
What if you arrived home at a time before the last thing you remember?

It's not a big deal to me.

[It's not so much that he's insulted as he thinks this is one of the most ridiculous conversations he's ever had, and he was told that London is on the other side of the Gate a few weeks ago.
You're more ridiculous than zeppelins, Archer.]

There's no need for wild assumptions.

The loneliest guy here.
Are you possibly more lonely than Greed, is that what's going on here? You've been here for three years and you have one friend and it's someone you've admitted you didn't always get along with.
Do you hear yourself.]
I'm not assuming anything.

Of course not.
Have fun with your discussions; I have work to get back to.

[Guess who really hates the routes.]
do they win the award for stupidest buddies yet
Somehow that doesn't surprise me.
Still, you should consider it. It might do you some good.
is this even a question
I do need to get a few badges, but I've been putting that off until I have a balanced team. There are things I'd rather be doing.
they still need a prize
Right, you have your research you're working on.
I did manage to get an Abra, by the way.
a gold star sticker?
Did you now? They're quite powerful once you get them to evolve, though they can be difficult to train while they're an Abra. It's worth the frustration.
or a headache maybe

How do you get them to wake up?

How do you communicate, anyway? I can tell when you do it sometimes but I'm not sure how it's done.

Alekhine taught me how to properly do it after he evolved into a Kadabra. Even now I don't know how to put it into words. I assume the same thing will happen for you, but if your Pokémon doesn't like you for some reason, I can see if there's a way to describe how it's done.

I'm pretty certain she doesn't hate me. She just doesn't react because she's asleep all the time, and I don't exactly want her out and about in the middle of the woods. Seems a good way for her to get lost.
