[It's been several months since Greed last posted to the network. He's actually not on camera when the feed turns on, instead a very concerned Feraligatr is holding the 'Gear, setting the camera down carefully on a couch.]

[Greed sounds... tense, but not terribly concerned.]

So, I know this is nothing new at this point, but those weird looking hybrids that have been running around? Clearly diseased or something. I'd be holding the gear myself, but, well...

[And as if on cue, Bido twists the camera around so Greed comes into view-- he's transparent in places, looks like his legs have somehow vanished altogether, and with the red splotches on his face, he, well...

Looks a little too much like a Yamask for comfort.]

This is goddamn creepy.

[Envy comes downstairs shortly after Greed's finished his broadcast, claws clacking against the steps. He won't be sneaking up on anybody anytime soon.]

You're probably right, but I don't get how chimeras somehow became a contagious disease.

[Honestly, what else could it be but a disease? Envy avoids looking at Greed's lack of legs. It's unsettling as hell.]

Hell if I know. I wonder if this is the work of another legendary Pokemon.

[Envy shakes his head, grimacing in frustration.]

It might be. It better wear off sooner than it did last time, that's all I have to say.

Not quite the same way, but close enough. It took a few months to wear off.

[Which would be not good. At least before they'd all mostly had working hands. He lets out a frustrated sigh.]

But maybe it's different enough that it won't last long. How're you managing?

[He slips that little concerned question in at the end there, like no big thing. But man, of all of them in this house, Greed wound up with one of the worse ones.]

[He sighs. Eating is going to be a pain in the ass. So far, he hasn't managed to eat much, but Greed's still not in danger of starving.]

[Greed appreciates the concern, really. He's just bad at acknowledging it.]
